SUBSCRIPTIONS:

SpeechSchool.TV provides a weekly current lesson and access to your last 3 lessons from the 'Recent lessons' tab on the right hand side of each lesson. The Accent Programs include a set of Exercises/Summary Notes and a Voice Recording which may be downloaded. The Master Communicator Program includes a set of Summary Notes. Speech Assessments are available to subscribers at reduced rates.

Upon subscribing to any SpeechSchool.TV program you agree to have your credit card debited monthly with the monthly subscription charge in the currency selected or to pay by direct credit or cheque the charges requested. We reserve the right to alter the monthly subscription or assessment charge by giving 30 days notice to subscribers.

Should we be unable to process charges to your credit card we reserve the right to cancel your subscription. This will not effect in any way monies owed to SpeechSchool.TV Ltd.

Subscriptions are for single users only on one computer. We routinely check IP addresses and abuse or sharing of any access code will result in immediate suspension of the account.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription simply contact us and request this on the contact form. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to SpeechSchool.TV. No refunds are given except under our 7 day money back guarantee program:

Money back guarantee:

A 7 day money back guarantee is offered from the first subscription date to new subscribers. The guarantee is available only once per user and does not apply to assessments. The 7 day period begins and includes from the day you subscribe, eg. January 1-7.

Overdue balances:

Subscription payments are due monthly in advance. Where accounts are provided, these accounts must be settled by the 20th of the month following.

Any balance that is 30 days or more overdue may be referred to a debt collection agency and be subject to additional costs of 25% plus 1.5% interest per month and/or legal costs.

Infringement of copyright:

If you believe SpeechSchool.TV has infringed a copyright in any way please advise us as soon as possible via sales @ speechschool.tv so we can remove the infringing material. Our courses do require extensive research and all sources are referenced wherever possible. Any infringement of intellectual property is entirely accidental and will be remedied within 7 days of being made aware of it.
