SUBSCRIPTIONS:

SpeechSchool.TV provides a weekly current lesson and access to your previous lessons from the 'Recent lessons' tab on the right hand side of each lesson. The Accent Programs include a set of Exercises/Summary Notes and a Voice Recording which may be downloaded. The Master Communicator Program includes a set of Summary Notes. Speech Assessments are available to subscribers at cost price.

Upon subscribing to any SpeechSchool.TV program you agree to have your credit card debited every 4 weeks with the monthly subscription charge (or be billed otherwise) in the currency selected or to pay by direct credit or cheque the charges requested. We reserve the right to alter the monthly subscription or assessment charge by giving 14 days notice to subscribers.

Should we be unable to process charges to your credit card we reserve the right to cancel your subscription. This will not effect in any way monies owed to SpeechSchool.TV Ltd.

Subscriptions are for single users only on one computer. We routinely check IP addresses and if we discover a single user account is being used by multiple users, we will bill you for the additional number of users we estimate you have provided access to.

Requests to pause, cancel or change your subscription must be submitted on our subscription a

and will be processed with 3 working days. Paused subscriptions are still active as they allow access to all previous lessons and subscriber assessments. No refunds are given except under our first lesson money back guarantee program:

Money back guarantee:

A money back guarantee is offered from the first subscription date to new subscribers. The guarantee is available only once per user and does not apply to assessments, multi-user licenses or when using a discount or referral code. The guarantee period begins from the day you subscribe until delivery of Lesson 2 the following Monday. Please note, user cancellations of PayPal accounts will invalidate the guarantee.

Overdue balances:

Subscription payments are due monthly in advance. Where accounts are provided, these accounts must be settled by the 20th of the month following. The greater of 5% or $20 overdue fee will be charged on overdue accounts.

Any balance that is 30 days or more overdue may be referred to a debt collection agency and be subject to additional costs of 25% plus 1.5% interest per month and/or legal costs.

Infringement of copyright:

If you believe SpeechSchool.TV has infringed a copyright in any way please advise us as soon as possible via sales @ speechschool.tv so we can remove the infringing material. Our courses do require extensive research and all sources are referenced wherever possible. Any infringement of intellectual property (beyond 'fair use') is entirely accidental and will be remedied within 7 days of being made aware of it.

In the event that we have made use of copyright material for examples and illustrations for educational purposes, this is done in accordance with the American University School of Communication's Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for Online Video.

AFFILIATES:

We welcome new affiliates who would like to share in the success of SpeechSchool.TV. In becoming an affiliate you accept the following terms of trade:
● Balances owing will be paid out once they reach US$100 and will be paid to you via PayPal on the 20th of the month following.
● Affiliate accounts may be terminated by SpeechSchool.TV without notice in case of abuse, SPAM or any other practice we deem inappropriate.
